Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
We know how exciting to is when you hit that checkout button and how eager you are to get your order. We do ourbest to dispatch your orders within 1-2 business davs (1-3 in peak sale periods) from our SE QLD Warehouse.[ypically it takes 3-5 business days to receive your order. lf you are in a remote or regional location it can takeanywhere from a few days, up to 2 weeks to receive your order.
How to track my order?
All customers will receive an email with a tracking link at the time their order is dispatched. Please check yourSpam folder if you are unable to locate it. lf you aren't able to find your tracking email please get in touch and wewill happily resend you the link. lf you know your tracking number you can also track your order via the Chatboxthat can be found on the bottom right of the website.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping fee may vary depending on your location. lf your country doesn'tshow up, please get in touch with us to make arrangements or obtain a quote. We are also happy to shop aroundfor a shipping quote that meets your requirements.
I never got my order, what to do?
Please make sure you have tracked your order via the tracking link for updates. lf there is any issues please get intouch with us.
Do you offer Express Shipping?
We absolutely do! We know sometimes you need your order urgently, whether it be for a special occasion, gift orevent. We are more than happy to arrange Express shipping for you by request. Because our goods are not yourtypical size that can be posted in prepaid satchels, we do need to get a custom shipping quote for expressdelivery depending on the goods being posted and your location, please email us(enquiries(@willowandbeech.com.au) with the items and delivery location and we will get back to you the samebusiness)day with a personalised quote.
Will Sold Out ltems be restocked?
Generally speaking, yes! lf we are able to keep sourcing the product we will usually always restock. There is aINotify when available' button on all sold out listings where you can leave your email or phone number so that wecan contact you when your desired item is back in stock, lf you would like to know a rough time frame, pleasecontact us, Some items like our vintage and one of a kind pieces may take longer to source again so please buvthese while available to avoid disappointment.
What do l do if my item is damaged?
No need to worry, we will take care of things. Please keep your packing and get in touch with photos of thedamages within 14 days of arrival. Once received we will be able to help with an exchange or a refund, our friendlyteam will instruct you.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so we offer a 14 day change of mind guarantee. Pleasecheck our return/refund/exchange policy for full details here
Canlexchange an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so you can exchange an item but we ask for it to bereturned within 14 days of receipt in original condition. You will be issued a credit note to re-shop the item of yourchoice.

What payment options do you offer?
We offer a range of payment options to suit all needs, including Buy Now, Pay Later Options - Afterpay, Zip, PaypalPay in 4, and Klarna.
We also offer smart pay options like Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

How do l redeem my Credit?
Redeeming your credit is simple! You will need to ensure you are signed in to your account to redeem your Credit.
Simply add items to your Cart and your Credit Note will be a payment option at checkout.
Do you offer Discounts to first time buyers?
Yes! We offer 10% off when you sign up to Willow & Beech. When you sign up you will be given the code instantlyyou will also be offered repeat discounts as well as be informed of upcoming Sale events and product promotions

Do you Wholesale?
We certainly do! lf you are interested in becoming a Willow & Beech Stockist, please apply here. Wholesale isreserved for Bricks & Mortar stores and online retail stores.
If you are a stylist or event planner we recommend a Trade Account. Please apply in the same way but specify inthe notes.
Do you offer Trade accounts to Stylists?
We are happy to offer a Trade Discount to Stylists and Event Planners. Please apply through the Wholesaleapplication and specify in the notes that you are interested in a Trade Discount.You can apply here.

Do you Drop ship?
We have just opened limited opportunities for select businesses to Drop Ship. You will need to have a WholesaleAccount to be eligible and terms and conditions will apply. Please contact us if you are interested.
Do you do Collaborations?
We are currently open to contra collaborations with Australian Based accounts with a primarily Australian audienceon a product exchange basis only. lf you think your style compliments ours and these conditions suit you pleaseget in touch!
